We sell our own stock directly. This is not a marketplace — there are no third-party sellers here, and every order is fulfilled by our shop.

You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract. Children may not place orders. Where you save a child’s school, class and size, you confirm that you are that child’s parent or lawful guardian and that you consent to us handling that information as set out in our privacy policy.

• ·Uniforms are made to each school’s specification. Where a school changes its specification mid-year we follow the school, and we will tell you if what you ordered has changed.
• ·Photographs are of the actual product but screen colours vary. A slight difference in shade is not a defect; a different garment is.
• ·Sizes follow the shop’s own size chart, shown on each product page. If a size runs out after you order, we call you before charging or dispatching.

• ·Every price shown includes GST. The total at checkout is the total you pay. Delivery of ₹49 (free above ₹1500) and the ₹20 cash-on-delivery charge are shown separately before you confirm.
• ·A GST invoice is issued for every order and sent with the delivery.
• ·Prices can change, but never after you have placed an order — the price you confirmed is the price that binds us.
• ·Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We never see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
• ·If a price is displayed with an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour it. We will tell you why.

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract comes into existence when we confirm the order and it is accepted for dispatch — not when payment is taken. If we cannot accept an order (out of stock, address outside Dwarka, New Delhi, or we cannot reach you), we cancel it and refund any payment in full.

These are set out in full in our shipping & delivery policy and our refund & cancellation policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Saved children, addresses and past orders are stored so you do not have to type them again. Keep your device and account secure; you are responsible for orders placed through them. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

• ·Order for resale, or in quantities that are plainly not for one family, without arranging it with us first.
• ·Copy the site’s text, photographs or design for another business.
• ·Interfere with the site, attempt to access other customers’ orders, or submit false orders.

We are responsible for delivering the uniform you ordered, in the condition described, within the time stated. If we fail, we replace it or refund it. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other right that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where a term here conflicts with such a right, that right wins.

Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month. The National Consumer Helpline (1915, consumerhelpline.gov.in) is open to you at any stage.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi, Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order, so a later change never affects an order already placed.
